This series really has me on the edge of my seat. I was UPSET when I had to put the book down to go out on Saturday night. Such appealing characters, great character development, interesting plot development, and then OMG the suspense! I don’t trust ANYBODY who isn’t already well known, until they prove themselves ... ANYBODY! and when danger shows up, thank goodness author Utt didn’t end the book without at least partial resolution. I was SO worried it would be like some of those TV shows that get you to the top of the cliff and then say TO BE CONTINUED. Thank you Kelly for not doing that to me! But ... I must have Vol III immediately.

Show Me the Danger is a great follow up to Tell Me I’m Safe in The Past Life series. In this book there is even more to learn about George, his family, and his friend’s lives. In both the present and the past the story leads to places and events that just aren’t what might be expected. It’s set to a family vacation which turns out unlike any this reader or probably most readers have ever encountered. Twists and turns abound and the suspense just keeps driving the story forward. It’s a page turner that won’t let you stop reading!

Suspense-filled and gripping. This book takes off at page one and doesn’t stop even on the last sentence. The more I read in this series the more I want.

Formerly titled Subject to Danger and re-titled, Show Me the Danger by Kelly Utt is a great follow up to Tell Me I’m Safe in The Past Life series. In this book, there is, even more, to learn about George, his family, and his friend’s lives. Past life experiences are still coming to light and affecting their families.

George is still wrestling with his internal feelings of failing to protect his family.

The twists and turns are even more convoluted, as the suspense keeps driving the story forward. It’s a page-turner that won’t let you stop reading!

The sequel is just as good as the 1st book. I have come to adore this family and want very much to keep up with their adventures. This author has me hooked!

This book had me on the edge of my seat! I can’t wait to get the next one!

Life repeats itself. This is the second book of the past lives series. This well written follow up continues both the present day and past life experiences of the Hartmann Davies family.

George continues to explore his past life experiences which show him how interconnected the people from then are in his current life. The current day danger his family faces they faced in ancient times and he is unable to stop it then or now.

This series runs the gamut of emotions, without losing any of their thriller genre. Excellent character development, excellent plot lines.

This book continues the saga of the George Hartmann family. Unlike the first book, most of the plot threads are resolved (or at least dealt with) by the end. I’m still not sure I like the past-lives aspects nor am I keen on George’s extreme angst but I like the characters and love seeing a tight-knit, loving family which reminds me of my own. I’ll definitely continue reading this series.

George Hartmann and his wife live in Ithaca Falls. A number of family members are also moving or planning to move to be near them. A very close family that likes to be together. Someone is following them and a tracking device is found on their vehicle. A pickup truck rams the back of the family vehicle with Ali and the boys with her mother in the car. A fast and wild chase with the truck on their tail. This is a really good series with some thrilling moments.
— Kenneth Lingenfelter
Same great characters and same action-packed cannot put it down story. This author is an awesome writer and has shown her talent in these two books. I was glued to the book - I did not want it to stop. But alas, there is another story to follow. I cannot wait to read it.

Show Me the Danger by Kelly Utt is a wonderful story to read. This is book number two in this wonderful series and I highly recommend this to everyone who loves reading thrillers and suspense in their stories.

Kelly Utt continued with the same well written storyline and characters that were so well developed which made this story a real page turner until the end!

I went from Tell Me I’m Safe to Show Me the Danger without so much as taking a breath. I was just drawn in by the Hartmann family. The author crafted the characters very well and made them hard not to like - although there is a little too much sex for my personal taste in these two novels.

In many ways, this was better than the first novel. George and his friends are going off to plan their new surveillance business (he’s decided not to go to Cornell) and the trip has turned into a family outing which you know can only mean trouble. There is plenty of action here, enough to keep me going through the book right up to the end, when I breathed a sigh of relief.

I don’t think I would call this a psychological thriller, but many of the other descriptors apply. It’s a gripping family saga for sure and a much better thriller than Tell Me I’m Safe, but it doesn’t measure up to my standards of a psychological thriller. In both volumes, the action isn’t evenly paced; the books are slow for the first two thirds and then the ends speed up to the conclusions. I’m curious to see what happens next to George Hartmann and his family and I’d recommend that the series is worth a look.

I want to recommend Show Me the Danger by Kelly Utt. A good book filled with family ties, love and danger.
